Information we collect. We collect what you submit through our forms: name, email, phone, desired dates, budget, number of occupants, pets, housing purpose, employer or company (if you provide it), property interest, and property-owner details. We also collect basic website data: pages visited, the referring site, and campaign tags (UTM parameters), using cookies and similar browser storage.
What we don't collect on this website. We don't collect Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or background-check information through our inquiry forms. If you apply to rent, screening happens through a separate secure application.
How we use information. To respond to your housing request, match you with homes, prepare proposals, manage leases, recruit and serve property owners, improve our website, and, only if you opt in, send marketing updates.
Sharing. We share information with service providers that run our business (our CRM, HighLevel/LeadConnector; email and text-message delivery; scheduling; tenant screening), with property owners when it's needed to arrange your stay, and when the law requires it. We don't sell personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Your choices. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or contact us to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
Retention. Inquiries that don't lead to a lease are archived 90 days after the last contact. We keep lease records as long as the law requires.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
Children. This site is not directed to children under 13.
